You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 1 ICT support

Managing helpdesk requests and delivering prompt assistance to users in need of technical support.

Deploying and maintaining desktop environments

Configuring and maintaining desktop and laptop systems to ensure they meet user needs and organizational standards.

Troubleshooting technical issues

Identifying and resolving hardware, software, and user-related issues, escalating when necessary to ensure minimal disruption.
