You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 3 technical support

Resolve complex infrastructure, systems and network issues to ensure smooth operations.

Administering and maintaining environments

Manage Windows Server, desktop, mobile, cloud and virtualised environments effectively.

Monitoring system performance

Maintain infrastructure documentation and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
