About the job

This job is about being a Centre Manager responsible for the day-to-day property management of Floreat Forum and West Leederville Shopping Centre. The impact of this job is significant, as it involves leading a team to ensure the centres operate at the highest professional standards, maximizing returns for the Owner. The team values collaboration and a commitment to excellence, creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll be responsible for

🏗️

Managing property operations

Taking responsibility and leading by example a team in managing, leasing, marketing and operating the centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the Owner.
📈

Preparing budgets and reports

Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner’s critical dates.

Maintaining high standards

Maintaining the centres to the very highest of standards and minimising the liability risk exposure of the Owner and JLL.

Skills you'll need

🏢

Retail property management experience

Previous 5+ years retail property management experience is required with a thorough knowledge of all property related functions and the Retail Act.

Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration

Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration (including Property Managers) within the State of Western Australia is required.

Excellent reporting and Microsoft Office skills

Excellent reporting, analysing and Microsoft Office skills are essential for success in this job.
