You'll be responsible for

Delivering training

Providing Prosci training courses and individual coaching to Bureau leaders and teams to reinforce effective change management practices.

Developing change management plans

Creating comprehensive change management plans aligned with the ADKAR model to support new ways of working.

Building relationships

Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful change initiatives.
