You'll be responsible for

Delivering training
Providing Prosci training courses and individual coaching to Bureau leaders and teams to reinforce effective change management practices.📝
Developing change management plans
Creating end-to-end change management plans that align with the ADKAR model to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.🌐
Building relationships
Maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders to support the Bureau’s strategic objectives.Key criteria
