Conduct change impact assessments and manage end-to-end change activities to successfully embed transformation across the organisation.📝
Developing change plans
Develop and deliver structured change and communication plans, including stakeholder engagement, training needs and adoption strategies.📈
Preparing executive materials
Prepare high-quality executive and governance materials that refine complex people and risk impacts into clear insights.Key criteria
