Enable successful adoption of new operating models, processes, systems and ways of working across global teams.🔒
Protecting value realisation
Protect value realisation by ensuring leaders and impacted teams are ready at key milestones and that adoption is reinforced and sustained in BAU.🤝
Acting as a trusted advisor
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Sponsors, Project/Program Managers and governance forums on change strategy, culture/behaviour shifts, and people/adoption risk.Key criteria
