Recruiting and onboarding SI partners

Identifying and signing mid-tier Systems Integrator partners aligned with Freshworks’ growth priorities, while leading the recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.

Enabling and accelerating partner capabilities

Building and maintaining partner capabilities across sales and delivery, ensuring they can effectively position and close Freshworks solutions.
💰

Managing pipeline and revenue

Owning and actively managing a partner-sourced pipeline, setting joint targets, and co-selling alongside SI partners to drive revenue.
