About the job

Mindrift is on the lookout for skilled Bot Developers to join the Tendem project and create conversational bots that enhance user experiences. This part-time remote opportunity allows professionals to collaborate with Tendem Agents while leveraging their bot engineering expertise. The team values independence, creativity, and a commitment to delivering reliable, user-friendly bots.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Building bots

Creating bots for messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, tailored for various use cases.
🗣️

Designing conversational flows

Implementing dialogue states and fallback handling to enhance user interactions with bots.
🔌

Integrating backend services

Connecting bots to backend services, databases, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless functionality.

Key criteria

Bot development experience

3+ years of experience building reliable messaging bots.
