You'll be responsible for

Planning and preparing meals

Overseeing kitchen operations to create nutritious and comforting meals for residents.

Collaborating with hospitality staff and dietitians

Working together to ensure meals meet residents’ preferences and health requirements.

Maintaining hygiene and safety standards

Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and keeping the kitchen tidy.

Key criteria

🍽️

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

Possession of relevant culinary qualifications is essential.
