You'll be responsible for

Leading design management

Leading design management for water and civil infrastructure projects including pits, pipes, pump stations, ponds, hardstands, and earth retaining systems.

Providing QA/QC support

Providing QA/QC support for general civil design to other team members, ensuring high-quality outputs.
👩‍🏫

Supporting team development

Supporting the development of the Hobart Civil team and mentoring junior engineers and graduates, fostering growth and learning.

Key criteria

🏗️

10+ years in civil and water utilities design

Extensive experience in civil and water infrastructure projects.

Design management expertise

Proven background in managing multidisciplinary project delivery.
