Managing claims

Independently managing a portfolio of TPD and IP claims end-to-end, ensuring a best-in-class customer and client experience.

Assessing claims

Assess, analyse, calculate and finalise claims payments while actively engaging with external treating doctors and rehabilitation consultants.

Providing support

Delivering timely outcomes for customers and participating in case conferences and peer case discussions.

Life insurance claims management experience

Proven experience managing group life insurance claims assessments.
