Provide expert technical advice across claims, including assessment review, adverse decision sign-off and authorisation within delegation.

Coaching Claims Consultants

Coach and support Claims Consultants to deliver timely, high-quality and customer-focused claim outcomes.

Driving best practices

Drive best practice by developing, embedding and applying claims procedures, policy terms and technical guidelines.

Proven experience in life insurance claims, ensuring quality assessments.
