As a Technical Specialist at EML, you will play a vital role in supporting Case Management teams by providing essential technical guidance and training related to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988. You'll be responsible for

Undertaking technical functions

Focusing on reconsiderations, appeals, and reviews of compensation entitlements.

Providing technical advice and training

Assisting Case Managers and stakeholders with sound understanding of legislation and risk management.

Coaching and developing Case Managers

Supporting the delivery of a world-class customer experience through training and development.
