Join the Financial Planning team at Findex as a Client Associate! This full-time, 12-month max-term contract position is perfect for someone based in Melbourne. As a Client Associate, you will be the client-facing representative for a small team of Advisers, ensuring quality service and developing strong relationships with clients. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to providing exceptional service while supporting each other in achieving goals.

You'll be responsible for

Developing relationships with clients and external parties

Building and nurturing connections with clients to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.

Coordinating relevant work teams to produce expected outcomes

Working closely with teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Attending to same day service requests and acting as the new client concierge

Being responsive to client inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for new clients.
