Arranging and coordinating documentation for client meetings

You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and organized for client meetings, facilitating smooth interactions.

Managing Adviser diary and booking appointments

This involves overseeing the Adviser's schedule, arranging appointments for reviews and advice presentations while adhering to business protocols.

Assisting Advisers with compliance and record keeping

You will help Advisers complete file notes and manage client records in line with compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Financial planning support experience

Having 12-18 months of experience in a financial planning support position is essential for success in this job.
