You'll be responsible for

Maintaining records

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client/member records and certificates of currency, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Conducting reviews

Conduct peer reviews and participate in annual audit checks to uphold quality standards.

Supporting reporting

Support client/member reporting and end-of-month reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial processes.

Skills you'll need

🤝

Client service experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar client service or operational job, preferably within insurance claims or life insurance related fields.
📚

Life insurance knowledge

Strong understanding of life insurance products and relevant legislation to effectively support clients and colleagues.

Communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and collaborate with team members and clients.
