This job is all about delivering exceptional service to both existing and new clients, as well as supporting Vanguard Super members. You'll be responsible for

Serving as the initial point of contact

Responding to requests for investment, fund, and account information while resolving complex account issues.

Ensuring the completion of tasks to support the team's daily objectives and oversight activities.

Documenting feedback

Recording client and team feedback to support service improvement efforts within the business.

Key criteria

2+ years in finance services

Experience in Superannuation or Fund Management industry is preferred.
