Providing accurate information

Maintaining a strong understanding of Trust guidelines to provide timely and accurate information to members.

Processing payments

Preparing and processing member payments, reconciling payments in Xero, and coding transactions as required.

Key criteria

📚

Completion of secondary education

Completion of Year 12 or equivalent education is essential.

Demonstrated experience in customer service or office administration.
