You'll be responsible for

Sitting front-of-house on reception as the face of our Grafton office; warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, managing the front desk, and ensuring every client interaction starts with a great impression.🗓️
Managing administrative tasks
Managing diverse administrative tasks, including coordinating client meetings and preparing financial documentation.💰
Invoicing and WIP management
