Leading operationalisation of Model of Care
Lead the translation of the endorsed Emergency Department Model of Care into operational practice, ensuring alignment with workforce and workflow.🔗
Coordinating clinical workflow design
Coordinate the development and validation of patient flow pathways, escalation processes, and interdepartmental interfaces.🗂️
Developing operational readiness plans
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Operational Readiness Plan, defining readiness domains and establishing measurable criteria.Key criteria
