Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for consumers with complex mental health needs, functioning autonomously and supporting the healthcare team.👩🏫
Leading and mentoring staff
Lead and mentor nursing and multidisciplinary staff, contributing to education, supervision, and professional development.🔍
Supporting service improvement
