You'll be responsible for

Acting as the primary liaison between vendors and the organisation
Resolve clinical systems and hardware issues, ensuring reliable system performance.🛠️
Providing functional support for clinical applications and hardware
Log issues through the IT Service Desk and manage them through to resolution.⚙️
Coordinating and managing system maintenance and upgrades
Ensure clinical software and hardware are optimised in line with IT processes.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
Possession of a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.View

Experience in clinical application support
Demonstrated experience providing support for clinical systems and hardware.View
