Acting as the primary liaison between vendors and the organisation
You will resolve clinical systems and hardware issues, ensuring reliable system performance.🛠️
Providing functional support for clinical applications and hardware
Ensuring issues are logged through the IT Service Desk and managed through to resolution is key.⚙️
Coordinating and managing system maintenance and upgrades
You will optimize clinical software and hardware in line with IT processes.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
Possession of a relevant degree for technical expertise.View

Experience in clinical application support
