This job is all about supporting clinicians using their innovative clinical AI product, which is designed to free them from administrative burdens and enhance the quality of patient care. You'll be responsible for

Reviewing clinical documents

Using clinical knowledge to review clinical document examples provided by users and transforming them into customizable, high-quality note and document templates compatible with Heidi.
🤝

Collaborating with teams

Working alongside Customer Success, Go-To-Market, and Medical Knowledge teams to understand new users' clinical requirements and develop new templates during customer onboarding.

Providing customer support

Delivering exceptional customer support by promptly triaging and responding to inquiries to resolve user issues and queries.
