This job is crucial for bringing seasonal palettes to life and ensuring that every hue is bold, consistent, and on-brand. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with Design, Sourcing, and Production to uphold brand integrity while fueling the performance and style that the community loves.
You'll be responsible for

Managing lab dips
Tracking and managing lab dips across all fabrics and trims for seasonal and core programs, ensuring colour accuracy and providing vendor feedback.🎨
Ensuring colour consistency
Aligning with Design and Raw Materials to ensure colour consistency across substrates and flagging discrepancies early.✅
Coordinating testing and compliance
Coordinating fastness testing to meet performance standards and managing test failures with suppliers.Key criteria
🎨
1+ year experience in a colour role
Demonstrated experience in managing colour accuracy and consistency.View

Foundational knowledge of textiles
Understanding of fabric construction, fibres, finishes, and performance properties.View
