Monitoring of home internet churn, tracking market conditions and recognising patterns that can influence disconnections.đ€
Collaborating with stakeholders
Strong collaboration and alignment with stakeholder groups, including product, finance and channels to prioritise the approval, arbitration and presentation of retention programs to customers at risk.đ
Reporting on retention metrics
Monitor and report on retention metrics and health of the customer base to evaluate the effectiveness of key strategies.Key criteria
