You'll be responsible for

Leading claims strategy and management
Lead the end-to-end management of claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute processes across major subcontract and joint venture packages.⚖️
Conducting commercial risk assessments
Identify, assess, and proactively manage commercial risks and entitlements to protect project outcomes.📝
Preparing and defending claims
Prepare, review, and substantiate complex claims, ensuring robust contractual and factual support.Key criteria
📜
Tertiary qualification in relevant fields
Possession of a degree in Commercial Management, Construction Law, or related discipline.View

10+ years in construction/commercial management
Demonstrated experience in managing complex claims within major D&C projects.View
