You'll be responsible for

Undertaking reviews and drafting of legal documents
Engaging in the review and drafting of heads of agreement, leases, agreements for leases, licences, subleases, renewals, surrenders, and assignments of leases.🔍
Conducting due diligence lease reviews
Performing due diligence lease reviews for M&A transactions and analyzing lease portfolios for assignments of lease and change of control provisions for company restructures.⚖️
Providing legal advice
Offering advice on retail lease legislation and broader property laws while representing both tenant and landlord clients effectively.Key criteria

2-4 years of commercial property experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial property and leasing matters.View
