You'll be responsible for

Undertaking reviews and drafting

Reviewing and drafting heads of agreement, leases, agreements for leases, licences, subleases, renewals, surrenders and assignments of leases.
⚖️

Providing advice on property laws

Advising on retail lease legislation and broader property laws while representing both tenant and landlord clients.

Managing client leasing portfolios

Managing client leasing portfolios and providing strategic advice while staying updated with changes in legislation.

6-8 years of commercial property experience

Demonstrated experience in commercial property and leasing matters.
