You'll be responsible for

Managing diverse transactions

Working on a range of commercial and regulatory transactions across various sectors, including aviation and energy.

Supporting practice management

Assisting the Partner in managing the overall practice and acting as a second-in-command.

Building client relationships

Actively managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Skills you'll need

Commercial law expertise

Proven experience as a commercial lawyer, handling diverse transactions and regulatory matters.

Client relationship management

Strong people skills to communicate and build rapport with clients, while managing junior lawyers effectively.
