You'll be responsible for

Drafting and negotiating transaction documents

Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.

Project managing transactions

Project managing transactions to ensure that key deadlines are met, including working closely with other legal teams across the firm to deliver an integrated service to clients.

Managing due diligence processes

Managing due diligence processes for insurance transactions.

Skills you'll need

Corporate transactional experience

Solid and consistent corporate transactional experience, gained from private practice.

Regulatory understanding

A good understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in which the insurance industry operates.
⏳

Communication and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
