You'll be responsible for

Advising on workplace relations
Playing a key role advising on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, whistleblowing, modern slavery, including litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.🌱
Supporting team growth
Nurturing and supporting the team to develop their brand and practice through mentorship and dedicated learning and leadership programs.📊
Managing diverse workload
Managing a robust and diverse workload while ensuring high-quality client service.Skills you'll need
📅
8 years PQE
At least 8 years of Post Qualification Experience with demonstrated experience in a senior associate or special counsel job.⚖️
Employment law and industrial relations expertise
Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters, gained within a reputable commercial law firm.🤝
Teamwork and autonomy
Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as within a team to manage a robust and diverse workload.View more
