You'll be responsible for

Working closely with workplace partners to contribute to the growth and success of the practice group.

Advising clients on workplace relations

Providing comprehensive advice on industrial relations, employment, health and safety, and anti-discrimination matters.

Managing high-profile matters

Handling significant cases and projects that impact clients' businesses across various legal aspects.

Skills you'll need

⚖️

Proven experience in employment and industrial relations matters

Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of employment and industrial relations issues, with safety experience being a plus.

Strong communication skills

Ability to draft clear, concise, and commercial advice and documents, along with effective verbal communication with clients and team members.

Mentoring and coaching ability

A demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
