You'll be responsible for

Undertaking reviews and drafting
Reviewing and drafting heads of agreement, leases, agreements for leases, licences, subleases, renewals, surrenders and assignments of leases.⚖️
Providing advice on property laws
Advising on retail lease legislation and broader property laws while representing both tenant and landlord clients.📊
Managing client leasing portfolios
Managing client leasing portfolios and providing strategic advice while staying updated with changes in legislation.What we're looking for

6-8 years of commercial property experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial property and leasing matters.View fit
