You'll be responsible for

Strategic portfolio management

Developing and implementing portfolio strategies to maximize asset performance, income, and value while minimizing risk.

Transactions & leasing

Executing complex lease transactions across the portfolio, including project sites and negotiating new leases, renewals, options, and market rent reviews.
👥

Client & stakeholder management

Acting as the primary commercial interface between the client and all stakeholders, exceeding service delivery expectations through proactive relationship management.
