About the job

The Commercial Performance Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Procurement & Contracts team by providing essential administrative, transactional, and operational support. This position ensures the smooth execution of fleet bookings, insurance claims, and credit card processes, all while aligning with organizational policies. You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Offering day-to-day support for purchasing activities, including processing purchase orders and reconciling transactions.

Managing fleet bookings

Assisting with the administration of fleet bookings and inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
🛡️

Triage and administration of insurance claims

Handling customer requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and up-to-date documentation.
