Leading portfolio operations across commercialisation assets including IP, start-ups, and VC holdings, enabling research translation into investable ventures.

Designing funding models

Designing scalable funding and investment models that support innovation, proof-of-concept projects, and venture creation.

Developing governance frameworks

Supporting governance frameworks and committees for start-up, VC, and funding portfolios, enabling robust, compliant investment decisions.
