Overseeing portfolio lifecycle

Operating at the portfolio level, overseeing the full lifecycle of initiatives from demand intake and prioritisation through governance, reporting, and benefits oversight.
⚖️

Establishing governance frameworks

Establishing and operating the stage gate framework for the IFMS Transformation portfolio, defining gate criteria and holding pass/hold decisions independently.

Producing executive reports

Producing integrated portfolio reporting for the Director IFMS Transformation and executive forums, presenting insights and recommendations.
