The Portfolio Manager at Sodexo plays a vital role in the newly established IFMS Transformation Office, ensuring that the transformation portfolio aligns with commercial commitments and strategic priorities. You'll be responsible for

Overseeing portfolio lifecycle

Operating at the portfolio level, overseeing the full lifecycle of initiatives from demand intake and prioritisation through governance, reporting, and benefits oversight.
⚖️

Establishing governance frameworks

Establishing and operating the stage gate framework for the IFMS Transformation portfolio, defining gate criteria and holding pass/hold decisions independently.

Producing executive reports

Producing integrated portfolio reporting for the Director IFMS Transformation and executive forums, presenting insights and recommendations.
