Design and deliver customer lifecycle communications across relevant channels, including message strategy, timing, sequencing and contact rules.🎯
Developing segmentation and targeting approaches
Develop segmentation and targeting approaches in partnership with analytics teams to improve relevance, engagement and commercial performance.Key criteria

7+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing
