Developing community growth strategies

Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture Mosh and Moshy communities across Meta platforms and beyond

Managing digital activations

Bring digital activations to life (Lives, expert sessions, webinars, interactive initiatives)
🗣️

Acting as the voice of the customer

Act as the voice of the customer internally and partner with Customer Service to resolve community-originating requests

3+ years in community management

Proven experience in growing engaged online communities.
