You'll be responsible for
🏥
Delivering evidence-based clinical care
Providing clinical care in the community through various programs and funding streams, including Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Program.🛠️
Prescribing assistive aids and equipment
Recommending assistive devices and home modifications to support clients' goals and needs.🤝
Supporting the development of other Occupational Therapists
Mentoring and aiding the clinical growth of fellow Occupational Therapists within the team.What we're looking for

Occupational therapy degree
Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registrationView fit
🚗
Valid driver's licence
Current driver's licence and insured vehicle for community visitsView fit
🏥
Community or hospital OT experience
Experience in community or hospital settings as an Occupational TherapistView fit
