You'll be responsible for

Providing functional assessments
Conducting assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored interventions in their homes.🧰
Prescribing aids and equipment
Recommending and providing necessary aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.🤝
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.What we're looking for

Degree in Occupational Therapy
Possession of a relevant degree and AHPRA registration.View fit

Valid driver's licence
Current licence and insured vehicle for client visits.View fit

Community or hospital OT experience
