You'll be responsible for

Providing evidence-based clinical care
Delivering clinical care in the community with a focus on Hospital Substitution programs, Restorative Care, and Home Care Package clients.💪
Delivering targeted Occupational Therapy
Focusing on clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs to enhance their quality of life.🤝
Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
Working alongside other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.What we're looking for

Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration
Possession of a valid Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration.View

Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
Required for community-based service delivery.View

Community or hospital OT experience
