You'll be responsible for

Designing community pathways

Creating and leading community-based pathway and participation programs that build a sustainable talent pipeline into EFC’s Talent Programs.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with Football and Community teams to ensure alignment between grassroots participation and elite outcomes.
🌱

Supporting young talent

Leading initiatives that support Indigenous and culturally diverse young people in their progression through football environments.
