You'll be responsible for

Supporting community safety responses

Support the delivery of practical, prevention-focused community safety responses and improve perceptions of safety and community confidence in public spaces.
🤝

Collaborating with stakeholders

Work collaboratively with residents, young people, traders, community groups, Victoria Police and Council teams to support local problem-solving and build trust.

Coordinating services

Support effective coordination across services and place-based responses by sharing insights and ensuring community safety activity is timely and well-communicated.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualification in relevant fields

Possession of a degree in Community Development, Criminology, or related areas.

Demonstrated experience in engagement and place-based practice.
