You'll be responsible for

Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators to shape the culture of Reddit's communities.

Communicating insights for optimization

Analyze data to provide quantitative and qualitative insights that will improve the international consumer growth playbook.

Skills you'll need

Community development experience

5+ years of experience in community development, project management, or operations with a proven track record of driving business impact.
🇦🇺

Understanding of Australian culture

Deep knowledge of Australian culture, including current events, customs, and internet culture.

Succinct and persuasive communicator, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communities.
