You'll be responsible for

Delivering personal care
Providing personal care to community clients, including showering, dressing, and continence care.💊
Assisting with medication
Helping customers with the administration of their correct medication as per their care plan.🚌
Providing social support
Offering transport to shops or appointments and ensuring adherence to the Client Care Plan.What we're looking for

Experience in personal care delivery
Demonstrated experience providing personal care to aged clients.View

Current Australian driver’s license
Valid license and reliable vehicle for client transport.View

Certificate III in Aged Care
Possession of relevant certification is desirable.View
