Assisting with daily living activities

Documenting care plans
Following and documenting care in accordance with individual care plans to ensure quality support.Key criteria

Current Australian driver's licence
Valid licence with a reliable vehicle for community support.View

Experience in aged care
Proven experience providing personal care in aged or community care.View
