You'll be responsible for

Managing occupant queries

Manage, respond to, and resolve occupant queries and concerns in the Wardell Pod Village.

Conducting property inspections

Conduct regular property inspections of individual pods to ensure compliance and quality.

Overseeing occupancy agreements

Oversee Occupancy Agreements for temporary occupancy in line with NSW Reconstruction Authority policies.
